MUNZ FLOOR®
spirals in slow motion
recalibrate your nervous system
unravel with ease and grace
The MUNZ FLOOR® Method is an award winning movement practice founded by Alexandre MUNZ, former Principal ballet dancer for the Berlin Opera Ballet. Through constant rotation and counter-rotation, spreading back and forth across all spatial dimensions (vertical, horizontal, sagittal), this therapeutic method massages the fascial system from the inside, reaching areas no manual intervention can access.
The intramuscular massage is fully autonomous. The fascial system is an infinitely transformable gelatinous matrix.
Within just a few minutes, it initiates the self-production of collagen (responsible for tissue resistance), elastin (responsible for tissue elasticity), hyaluronic acid (responsible for tissue hydration), and proteoglycans (protein-carbohydrate complexes with a high capacity for water retention)
By fully respecting the three-dimensional functioning of the human body, the MUNZ FLOOR® generate rapid gains in elasticity and cellular regeneration.
Through the activation of the crossed muscle chains the MUNZ FLOOR® exercises release the body from deep tensions, while generating a spine ‘reboot’.
Beyond spinal decompression, cross muscle chain strengthening, and fascial re-texturization, the MUNZ FLOOR® method also acts on the mental dimension. Whilst generating a spinal ‘reboot’ it releases the body from deep tensions.
